Payment and reservation conditions
- The minimal stay is 2 nights in off-season (01.01.-31.03. and 01.09-31.12) and in pre-season (01.04-15.06), except for the highlighted periods. Divergence is possible for extra charge.
- The minimal stay is 3 nights in main season (16.06-31.08) and the highlighted periods. Divergence is possible for extra charge.
- We can ensure the reserved rooms for granted only after the deposit payment according to the conditions claimed in the deposit.
- For deposit payment three workdays are available after reservation, till we keep the rooms according to the reservations!
- The sum over deposit is due on the last day of the stay according to the used services.
Cancellation conditions
- We do not refund the deposit in case of cancellation within 60 days, but you have the opportunity to change the date until 14 days before the travel. The changed reservation can alter from the original, even in the length of the stay or the number of the reserved rooms/ arriving people.
