Double room
In our double rooms the beds can be used both as double beds and separated. We offer them for couples, also with a baby. They are also perfect choice for travellers with friend as well. Our rooms are furnished in a warm, welcoming style and with custom-made wooden furniture.
This room type is found upstairs in the main building; and it is air-conditioned. Comfortable furniture, WIFI connection, LCD TV, own fridge, and a total-equipped bathroom are included. A baby bed and baby bath can be asked for free of charge.

Our family rooms are ideal for families with their spacious rooms, the best choice in price-value-rate. Thanks to the two-room layout the parents can relax during the vacation calmly.
Our family rooms are found upstairs in the main building and are air-conditioned. In the main bedroom double bed and LCD TV are to be found, the other room is equipped with single beds and for extra charge a comfortable placement of a full extra bed is also to be solved. Comfortable furniture, air-conditioning, WIFI connection, own fridge, a total-equipped bathroom between the two bedrooms also belong to it. A baby bed and baby bath can be asked for free of charge.

Small apartment upstairs
The small apartment upstairs is suitable for longer stays thanks to its two-room layout and the kitchen-dining corner. Real basis if we dedicate longer time to explore the Balaton- highlands.
The small apartment is found upstairs in the main building, and it is air-conditioned. In the main room: dining area, kitchen corner, two single beds and LCD TV are to be found. The other room is equipped with double bed, which also opens to the bathroom with shower. A baby bed and baby bath can be asked for free of charge.

Large apartment upstairs
As if you had an own holiday home by us: the spacious living room, the separate kitchen with dining room, bathroom with corner bath and shower create the vision of an own home.
This apartment is found upstairs in the main building, and it is air-conditioned. In the living room double bed and smart TV are to be found and the other room is equipped with single beds and a sofa couch. The separate kitchen is full-fledged and a huge refrigerator also supports a long holiday.
Our large apartment can be booked in three ways:
- For 4-5 persons: 11 living room + 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 LCD TV
- For maximum 8-10 persons: 11 living room + 3 bedrooms with kitchen and 2 bathrooms, 2 LCD TVs, 2 refrigerators
- For maximum 12-14 persons: 1 living room + 5 bedrooms with kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 LCD TVs, 3 refrigerators

Thanks to the building wall thickness, the shady porch and downstairs layout of the apartment it stays pleasant cool in the hottest times as well. The modern, special wooden furniture and the usage of natural materials create the exclusive mood. A baby bed and baby bath can be asked for free of charge.

Apartment with garden
In the apartment with garden the whole family can have holiday together: in the closed garden with only private usage the four-footed members of the family can also be part of the common relaxation.
The speciality of the apartments is the big interior height and the layout, which ensures pleasant climate also in summer.
There are two types of apartments with garden:
- Apartment with own paved garden have air-conditioning an it is east-facing and have a paved, fenced, about 35 sqm big own garden.
- Apartment with lawn garden and veranda is west-facing, has a shaded veranda and a 50 sqm big grassed garden.

Large apartment with garden
It’s like having your own holiday home on Lake Balaton. Our large apartment with garden allows several generations to spend their holidays together (up to 8 people), even with their four-legged pet. The size, garden and equipment of the large apartment with garden make the apartment absolutely suitable for longer family holidays.
The 90 sqm apartment with a separate, closed garden has three bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet. The bedrooms have a double bed and one of the bedrooms has an extra pull-out double sofa bed. This apartment has a large fridge, dishwasher and washing machine . The apartment has a private enclosed, fenced lawn garden, shaded veranda and garden seating.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
We can ensure the reserved rooms for granted only after the deposit payment according to the conditions claimed in the deposit. For deposit payment three workdays are available after reservation, till we keep the rooms according to the reservations!
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge outside 30 days, except during highlighted periods. Between 30-14 days the deposit will not be refunded, but it is possible to change the date. The modified booking may differ from the parameters of the original booking, either in terms of length of stay or number of rooms booked/people arriving.
In highlighted periods: We do not refund the deposit in case of cancellation within 60 days, but you can change the date until 14 days before the travel. The changed reservation can alter from the original, even in the length of the stay or the number of the reserved rooms/ arriving people.
