Reservation conditions

  • We can ensure the reserved rooms for granted only after the deposit payment according to the conditions claimed in the deposit.
  • For deposit payment seven workdays are available after reservation, till we keep the rooms according to the reservations!
  • The sum over deposit is due on the last day of the stay according to the used services.

Cancellation conditions

  • We do not refund the deposit in case of cancellation within 60 days, but you have the opportunity to change the date until 14 days before the travel.
  • The changed reservation can alter from the original, even in the length of the stay or the number of the reserved rooms/ arriving people.
